How to Acquire 16bit Samples not in 16byte block

hello

I use PCI 6534 board

I have to read few samples of 16 bit  synchronizes with external clock ~120kHz receive from device

the source device send to board 1-256 clock samples.

the board read in continues mode

If i used DMA setup i read 16bytes block

if i used interrupt setup i can't read up to 16 byte.

at both setup i miss the last clock sample

How can i read  exactly count of samples that Device send?

Hey Eran,

I need more information about your application in order to address the issues you've been having.  How have you set up the application?  Are you acquiring all of the samples simultaneously?  What exactly is the behavior you experience with you use interrupts as the data transfer method?  Are you using LabVIEW to acquire the data?  Could you provide a code sample or a brief explanation or the application's architecture?  Any other pertinent information you can think of would be useful.
