Interfacing Strain sensors to an ADC (2)

Can anyone give me the design of an example circuit that would interface a strain sensor to an ADC? Let's assume that the ADC has an unipolar inpout range of 0 - 5 volts and a dynamic range of 60 dB (10 bit resolution)

Could you please include shots of the circuit configuration, the analogue circuitused to measure and modify the signal including the design operation and calculations
