Is there a way to tell if I have 6533 or a 6534 board?

When I look under the Measurement and Automation Explorer it just lists them as PCI-32HS.

I want to do continuous outputs, and I believe I need the 6534 for that.

Hi Matt,

Do you have the part number for the card?  It will be something like 778287-01 (not the same but a 6 or 7 digit code followed by a -01 or -02).  If I know this number, I can take a look in our system to find out what it is.

From here it looks like you have an answer.

Well- between that and the help file here

The PCI 6533 shows up in MAX as PCI-DIO-32HS

the 6534 shows up in MAX as a PCI-6534

I don't know why NI does this but it's pretty confusing.  Maybe having the quick-start guides online would hel.

Still- NI has the best support just, not perfect Smiley Very Happy
