LabVIEW and Solidworks/COSMOS Motion

no, i've had my DSM contact the Mechatronics guys, and I've never heard anything back.  and with SW2009 on the way out ... who knows ... but boy do i have they get it running and working, cause i so want to play with it 🙂

I hope it will work with SolidWorks 2008 SP2.1 too.

that last time i tried it i was on SW 3. something and it didn't ... i'm already up to SP4.0 ...

no i don't.  I'm afraid it only works right now with SW2007.  I'll see if I can't get my DSM to try to get ahold of the Mechatronics guys to see what's going on and if they are doing anything with it.

I think its safe to say that the Mechatronics ToolKit only works with SolidWorks 2007.

 

This link show some of the work that is being done with SolidWorks 2009.

The VIs for this are not yet released.

 

If you are using SW2007 the mechatronics toolkit examples should work fine.

Maybe it doesn't work with Windows Vista? That could be the problem too.

Hi all,

 

I'm having similar issues...(running the as yet unsupported Solidworks Student 08/09)  .

Does anyone know how long it will be before a compatible toolkit will become available...even a Beta would be good!
