Max cannot detect my PCI-DIO-32HS

I have updated LabVIEW to the 7.1 ver; then I have installed my PCI-DIO-32HS board and win2000 detects it. It is listed in the Device Manager Tab but not in the MAX Devices & Interfaces. I tried to update the driver but it did not work. In the Create New of MAX Devices & Interfaces I cannot find a PCI board. My NIDAQ ver is 7.3.0f1.

Gori,

I suggest you try the board on another computer. You need to find out if it is the software installation on this first machine that is not correct or if the board is not working anymore.
I suggest you just install the NI-DAQ driver on a second machine and then plug in your PCI board and test it from MAX.
If the board works in the second machine, then you need to refresh the installations on your first machine. Otherwise there is a chance your board needs to be repaired.
IF you find out the board is not working, just contact your local NI Office for Technical Support by dialling:

Thank you AlessioD,
now everything is ok; I removed the previous installation and then I performed another clear installation. In this last installation I first install NIDAQ and then Labview (in the previous I installed the drivers only at the end) and I also moved the board to another PCI slot. Now MAX detects the board
