The running programme halts in between, and continues if the mouse is moved.

while running a labview(ver 7.1) programme to retrieve datas from MM4006 motion controller and Keithley 6485, the executing programme halts anytime in between and if mouse is moved on the programme-window, it continues further. Why it is so and what can be done to avoid it?
