NI 6533 minimum voltage for logic hi output

The specs say the output hi voltage is 2.4Vmin @24mA for the 6533. But I want to boost the output current by connecting a third party solid state relay. My preferred relay requires 4.0Vmin @11mA to turn on. Is there a way to guarantee the output of the 6533 will be at least 4.0V during its high state?

The best solution would be to use a comparitor to create a Schmidt trigger, or buy a already built Schmidt trigger. This would take the 2.4V to 5V and make it a constant voltage. For more information on how to build a Schmidt trigger, just do a search on the internet.
