Hi Rafi,
The PCI-6527 is isolated for industrial applications with an output range of 0-60 VDC and can source much more current. Because you don't need that range, the USB-6501 is probably a better choice for your application, but be sure to double check your current needs and make sure the USB-6501 can provide it, as it is bus-powered.
