On the PCI-6534,Is it possible to coordinate a Buffer Pattern looping Output group with a Buffer Pattern looping Input group?

Hi, I have previously posted a question but since my question was kind of complicated it never got an usable answer/solution. Anyhow I have now reduced the problem to the new question I ask. If there is any solution that makes it possible to coordinate:

group 1 : Port 0,1 continous looping output,
(with the help of the scarab memory)
internal clock
group 2 : Port 2,3 continous looping input
(with the help of the scarab memory)
external clock coming from group 1

I am not sure if this is possible with the PCI-6534, but a VI I wrote only resulted in one succesful reading from the input group the
first time the buffer is read and 0 readings the consecutive times.
