Output Voltage TTL PCI 6509

Hello,

We have a problem with our output voltage on the digital outputs!

The normal voltage has to be 0 or 5V but our output is 0 or 2,5V!

Has this something to do with the pullup resistor??

What has to be the value of this resistor?

Please help us because we're hopeless!!

What kind of device do you have? Is there something connected to the output? And how did you connect? How do you measure the output?
