PCI-1409 I/O base address

I want to send output control signal to the output I/O port, which pin of the 68-pin connector should I used? and the address of these port?

Hello,

You can use one of four Contol lines or Trigger lines on the PCI 1409 to generate TTL signals. You can find the corresponding pin by looking at the I/O Connector Pin Assignments figure (figure 4-2) on page 30 of the PCI 1409 User Manual.
