Relay/switch (1 inputs, 1 control, 2 outputs)

Attached is the picture of the relay/switch I ausing on my schematics. I have several NI PCI cards, and designing self test card, which will test every single pin of those cards. So to implement everything, I am using around 20 of relays (attached). The main purpose of the relays is to switch from one DIO line to another. It is also regulated by one of the DIO lines. My question is, what type of relays do you recommend for switching the DIO lines from/to NI PCI cards.
The relay has to have 1 input (IN), 1 control line (COM), and 2 output lines (OUT). If you recommned some type/model, please give me the vendor and its part. no.

Thank you

Hello Intern

National Instruments only has PXI and SCXI relay and switch modules so we cannot supply a PCI form factor relay module.  As a recommendation, use a relay that meets the specifications of the digital output or the PCI DAQ card that you are using.  For instance, I noticed that you have inquired about the PCI 6289 in the past.  This card has a 5V Digital output with a maximum of 24 mA per channel, and 1A per card.    So assuming that you are not going to use each DIO to power a relay, any relay that operates with 5V and less than 24mA will suffice for this application.  Since relays are quite simple, any relay that meet the above specs, or the specs of the particular PCI card that you will be using it with will work for your application.
