USB-8451 USB-8452 driver installition problem

I installed the software ni-845x_22.5 from web. When I tried to install, this error screen came up. Nı Package Manager version is 21.3.0. Could you help me?

Did you check this article before?

   This behavior may be caused by intermittent network issues. It is most commonly seen with (but not limited to) the following NI software suites: Academic Volume License for LabVIEW, Multi-IDE Bundle, Software Platform Bundle, and LabVIEW 2020 SP1 and Drivers.
