USB6501 LED flashing no 5V on terminal

USB 6501 Green LED is flashing. Also there is no 5V on the strip.

What driver and version are you using?  Assuming you are using Windows, was the device detected when you plugged it in?  Were you able to see the device in Measurement and Automation Explorer under Devices and Interfaces?

Yes the dvice is seen in the NI utility. The 5v ternimals on the USB device have no

voltage on them.

How are you measuring the voltage at those terminals?

With a DMM from GND to +5V.

Hello DTS Test,

The device might be damaged if it is not properly outputing +5V.  I would suggest that you call in to speak with one of our Engineers to troubeshoot the device.

Problem resolved. The combicon screw terminals were not screwed down so contact with the pin connector inside the 6510 was not being made. Unit functions as designed.
