What type of hardware do I need to interface between LabVIEW and my measuring instrumentation?

I am currently setting up a LabVIEW programme to measure and control various real-time system parameters, including pressures, tempertatures and flow rates. What type of hardware (DAQ etc.) do I need to interface between LabVIEW and my measurement instrumentation (Pressure transducers etc.)?

I don't have details about your application, but aparently, any one of the E-series DAQ boards will meet your application needs.
Furthermore, you might want to condition the transducers signals. National Instruments has a Signal Conditioning line for that purpose. You might want to take a look at the SCXI and SCC product lines.
