When using a PCI-6533, can PCLK2 be used as input while ports 0 and 1 are in burst mode?

We are using the PCI-6533 with a custom data board. The custom board requires PCLK2 to send a signal indicating the direction of data transfer. Is it possible to send this signal over PCLK2 while using ports 0 and 1 in burst mode?

Michael;

You can set the direction of the PCLK signal. If I understood correctly, you need the board to generate the PCKL line when doing Burst mode on the same group. That can be configurable, and the way to do that will depend on what programming language you are using.
