connection on a SCB-68 68 pin connector block

I use a SCB-68 68 pin connector block for a PXI 6533 card. I'd like to know what is the use of this block.
Moreover, I want to know what kind of wires i should connect on this box without diminishing performances.
Thank you.

babat,

Correct me if I misinterpreted your question. Usually the SCB-68 is used as a sort of break-out box for the individual pins on the board. It is meant to be used close to the signals that will be wired to it. The wires that are used to connect your signal to the SCB-68 should be as short as possible and can be any normal copper electrical wire (we usually use 22 AWG). You shouldn't see any diminishing performance as long as you don't use extremely long wires and use wires that have minimal lead resistance.
