Dear sir/madam,
I have a LabVIEW 7.1 and (32 bit DIO) 6533 card. I am trying to program it to do the following,
1,
read 16-bit data once when the trigger signal is high.
16-bit data is continuously streaming in.
every 10-12us, new data arrives, and the trigger signal sets high for 1us only.
in other words, 16-bit data is at approx 400kHz
i would like labview to detect the trigger continuously and read the 16-bit data (ports 0,1)
(later, I would be looking to detect unread events)
single triggered read is possible but i couldn't figure out the continuous way.
2,
also, how can i operate input and output at the same time? this program is meant to read the 16-bits and send a pattern output. (output is at 1kHz)
I would be grateful for any examples that may explain visually.
