error 50405 NI 6501 digital I/O write

 Hi, guys.

  I am using the LabVIEW 2011 and device 6501 to finish one project.

PC  window 7 (64bit), max version 5.3.3. I simplely write the Switch signal to another ECU, but it some time have the problem with device, when i write the signal to ECU using the device. It is shown in following picture. I have to plung out and plung in USB, it will be ok.

 

But some time, When it meets this problem, I can't abort the labVIEW program and some time PC will become bluescreen. But this program works good in the window XP

 Have somebody met this problem before or can give me some suggestion?
