generating clock sequence on a rising edge of a digital signal in LabWindows

Hi all,
I have the following problem:
I want to generate clock sequence (shown on the attached picture) with specified frequency on the digital output on every rising edge of the digital input. How can I do that using DAQmx in LabWindows.
