Hello;
The board you are referring to, as well as most NI DAQ devices, have an input/output range of -10V to 10V. That means you can't neither generate nor read 24V signals, without some sort of signal conditioning to attenuate its range so it falls within the -10V/10V.
You can get a full set of specs fot that DAQ device on its Users Manual that you can download from www.ni.com.
