Unfortunately, the current version of linux DAQ drivers, NI-DAQmx Base Version 1.5, does not support the 653X family. If you are interested, here is the link to the current NI-DAQ Base download page. If you click the link for NI-DAQmx Base for Linux, you can check out the associated readme. That document lists all the supported devices.
