LABVIEW 8.5
Huhu, I´ve got a VI here with some calculations from 2 types of files. One is GIL and the other is GPS. What i tried to do here is to open more Files at once. So i´ve got GIL1, GIL2, GIL3.....GPS1, GPS2... and so on. At the end of the calculation i want to write all results in one file.
I wanted the prog at first to list the 2 different file types in two columns on the front panel. Then there are booleans, which i should be able to choose files with to do calculations or to select "all files", then start!
because i don´t have that much RAM-memory, i wanted to tell the prog first to read from one pair of file (GIL1 and GPS1), do calculations, write to file, get next pair, calculate, write in the same file and so on....
can someone help me how to do that? i saw similar examples, but i didn´t get the idea....

Hi folks, i did it...somehow with other help....
now i´m able to read more files, one after another... What i do in the VI below is, i replace all the zero values in the 5th col (counting from 0) with values of the row before. it works pretty well, but there is a problem:
if a new file is read and the first value in the 5th col is 0 , the programm should write the value that is not zero from file before instead....it doesn´t do that...
what can i change?
I tried to solve that with a local variable, but does not work correctly.
Here is the VI (don´t worry, it just has to do with 1st FOR-L in the very big FOR-L) and the example with local variable how i tried....
Greetings
