pid voltage control wich ni usb 6008/9

hello!
I need to control a chemical process using usb 6008.This process is and liquid /liquid extractor.The input is a voltage measurement and the output of the pid controller to the analog output of the 6008,have to control an "automatic vanne"of a presure air.Please if you can help me to do my executable vi i will be happy.

Search LV examples under help and the Zone for PID. These may get you started fairly quickly. NI also sells a PID toolkit add-on to LV.

Hi Joel-

If you have the PID toolkit installed you will be able to find PID examples for NI-DAQmx as AnalogKid suggested.  Open the NI Example Finder (Help>>Find Examples in LabVIEW) and search for "PID" under the Search tab.  The example "PID Control-Single Channel.vi" seems to illustrate exactly the type of operation you're looking for.
