We have 2 BNC 2110 connected to 2 NI 6133. The data into the 6133 boards is processed by LabView, but I don't currently have access to the VIs. Is it possible to use the "USER-DEFINED SIGNALS" connectors to have more data channels?

Sorry for dropping out. We find that we have a number of NI USB DAC units available, so we are not persuing the use of user-defined signals on the NI BNC2110.
