I am using a 6534 to generate the 32 bits pattern, the pattern data is read by another 6534 board. It is a finite pattern loop test. However, I found the last 32 bits data get missing every time whatever the buffer size is. Attached is the vi, any suggestion would be grateful.

It looks like you took one of the continuous examples and tried to make it finite. I took a look at it and made the rest of the modifications to make it work. It seemed that you were setting several values that do not need to be set.

Take a look at it and see if this helps.
