what does error code 301701 mean when using USB 8451?

I'm using NI usb 8451..I was trying to run some Example VIs for SPI and I encountered error code 301701 .. what does it mean?

I did rename it ,still I get this error....

Error -301701 occurred at Property Node in General SPI Write.vi

Possible reason(s):
NI-845x:  The resource name contains insufficient location information or describes a resource that is not present in the system.

What do I do now?
