Error when trying to adjust PXI-4110 using Calibration Executive

Need help!!

When trying to adjust the current output accuracy on a PXI-4110 using Calibration Executive I received the following error:

Error  -300010  occurred at GetUserFieldData.vi

Possible reason(s):
Calibration Executive: Invalid Data Type in UserFieldDataType. Must be 'NUM' or 'STR'.

I am using Calibration Executive version 3.2.2, calibrating with an HP 3458A DMM and using Clarostat 240-C Power resistor Decade box.

I didn't get to enter anything, as soon as it tried to start the current adjustment portion the error window popped up. It went through the Voltage adjustment portion ok, then I got the error as soon as it switched to the current portion.

Does it actually require user input? I assumed it would be automated like the voltage adjustment part.

Hello ALL,

This error was reported to R&D (CAR# 122736) for further investigation. There are two possible work arounds at the moment.

1. Use the HP 3458A DMM in the unsupported instrument mode. This means that the measurements or DMM readings will have to be entered in manually.

2. Use the NI PXI-4071 for calibration.
