How can I tell which rev I have of my 4050 DMM

I cannot tell if I have a rev E or F 4050 DMM. How do I tell?

If you look at the top, on the back of the 4050, there will be a serial number. Right next the the serial number there is another number made up of six digits, a letter, a dash and two more digits. The letter is the revision of the 4050.

Thanks, Mark.
We had our own internal number on the card ending with an "E". Must be mislabeled.
Just wanted to be sure I had the correct one.
