I cannot programming my voltage supply (EX355p TTi)

I have one programmable voltage source, it is a TTi's source (EX355P); I made one software to control her, but I can not simulate it, labview always shows me the message: "error occured in PLP possible(s) reason(s) : driver status". Actually , I have already made downloads in the TTi's support site about all ivi drivers but always happend the same problem
