Keithley 2000 buffer statistics values

The Keithley 2000 internal buffer can be read over the GPIB with the TRACE:DATA? command.

But the Keithley 2000 also stores the MAX, MIN, AVERAGE and STDDEV values. Is there any way to read these values over the bus? I would preferably read ONLY these values, and not the actual buffer values.

I haven't found anything regarding this in the User's Manual.

Hello,

The best way to find out how to access that information (if it is not in the manual) is to contact the manufacturer to find out what commands the instrument accepts, where hopefully there are commands which reveal that information. In the worst case, you can retrieve the data and compute those values!

Best Regards,

Tom,

You can find the latest version of the manual here:

http://www.keithley.com/servlet/Data?id=814

I believe page 5-22 has what you are looking for.
