LCR PXI-4072 floating or non floating device

my question: LCR 4072 is it a floating or a non floating device (used for capacitance measurement)?

Both the Hi and Lo leads float in reference to ground regardless of how the 4072 is configured.  Note that the maximum common mode voltage allowed on the 4072 is 300VDC/ACrms.
