You can check the current supported Operating Systems for a given instrument (or driver) on the Hardware and Operating System Compatibility page.

It states that neither the USB-4065 nor USB-6343 are currently supported on any version of Linux. I cannot speak to any plans for future support.

Lack of Linux support for certain product models is a point of frustration, but adding support often requires a significant amount of effort and the effort needs to be balanced against developing new products and features, fixing bugs, etc.

I recommend that you provide this feedback through your sales contact, if you have one, or through the Site Feedback link at the bottom of the page.

Dear Santo,

indeed Debian is not officially supported, but since Ubuntu is, everything works fine with Debian. 

I got my answer from @TobiasG, that there is no support for the USB NI cards for any linux distribution. unfortunately.
