This problem is discussed in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/3688C9E7FEF93E45862576E6007ED955. This seem to be a driver problem. Hence, you may try upgrading NI-DMM from http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/ssnav:drv/q/dmm/
