Change from PXI to PCI

Actually we have a Functional tester with the next PXI devices:

PXI 1010  Chasis

NI PXI-8176 Controller

NI PXI-8461 CAN Interface

NI PXI-6031E

NI PXI-6602  Counter Card 

....And Now we need to change this PXI devices by using PCI cards with a conventional computer

my concern is about the functioning of the currently software once time it be with the new computer and PCI cards

my currently program will work or this plataform change involves too much software modifications.

the currently software can work with out any code modifications ?? or this change in hardware involves too much software modifications??

Hello,

You shouldn't have any problems porting your code unless you are using PXI specific features such as back plane synchronization etc.,

Can you post some more information about what your application is or what your code is intending to do?
