Custom Scales Missing

Hello.

I recently opened a VI and realized that all my custom scales were set to an intercept value of zero and a slope of zero.  I restarted the computer a couple of times but the problem persisted.  I found a couple of help topics and tried to fix the problem but I also got errors when following the procedure.  The articles I tried to follow were:

However when following step 2 of the first article (4XQAJPBQ) i got the following errors:

Error - 50401 occurred at Property Node DAQmx System (arg 1) in GetScales.VI  and a second error in the following window

Eror 2501 Ocurred at TDMS close in Gest Scales.VI

I would appreciate any help as I need to retrieve the data from the scale configuration.

Hi mrblandon,

Where do you have set the scale? In MAX or in LabVIEW?

If you have set your scales in MAX, please check them at MAX>>My System>>Scale, do those scale are set to the proper value (slope and intercept)?
