How can I run DasyLab with a parameter to converta .txt file into a .I32 file?

I want to do a java aplication to convert automatically .txt files into .I32 files, but I don´t know the parameters that I have to send to do this. The aplication get the name of the file (.txt) and then convert automatically into .I32
