Motion Assistant command window control

Hi.

My English is not so good, but I’ll try.

I was wondering, if there is possible to open M.A., load an Excel file (a list of dots) and run the program (M.A.); all of this from the command window (cmd) in windows xp pro.

If it's possible please give a hand.

If not, then would somebody please explain to me how to do it from C, Visual Basic, or LabVIEW; as it says on this page: http://www.ni.com/motion/ltb.htm: "NI Motion Assistant also exposes its patent-pending smart-contouring functionality with an API that you can call from C, Visual Basic, or LabVIEW."

Thank you

Alex,

You could create a motion script with motion assistant, that would open your excel file and load de coordinates you want.

After that click Tools / Generate Code / LabView Diagram.

With that you'll create a LabView code that can be compiled to a .exe and ran from the command line.

Is that what you need?
