SImulation toolkit -RT

Hello everybody,

I’ have a problem using the simulation toolkit in a real time target.

First of all I have translated a simulink controler to LabVIEW using the sim. toolkit.
The controler have been simulated outside the real time project and everything runs properly
I have followed the tutorial of modelling and then set the period of the loop configuration to 0 and place a "wait until next" ms multiple of the time step on the simulation diagram. These simulation file contains some subVIs.

The problem appears when I try to introduce this VI into the RT- Project:

1) I open a RT-Project
2) In the Project Explorer I add the "simulation VI" file into the RT Target.

When I try to open the VI added, the program try to compile some of the subVI of the file but without successful, a program error arrives.

what errors do you get? Can you attach some screeshots?

Hi RMathews,

The problem is that there are no errors in the screen. Then I have no idea what happen.
The simulation block diagram has some subsystems, I insert all of them independently inside a simulation loop in the real time project and no error appears. But when I try to put all of them together, the program crash, I mean, Labview close itself.

Do you have some idea what happen?

I know is difficult to solve because there are no error information.

with the Dr. Watson error report you should see something.
