Shared Variable deja de funcionar en DSC

He estado trabajando en LabVIEW con shared variables funcionando bien.

Instalé el módulo DSC, y entonces las shared variables dejaron de funcionar.  Al momento del deployment tengo el siguiente mensaje de error (dentro de la ventana del deployment aún):

\\192.168.0.104\Untitled Library 1 deployment failed (error:-1967362042, IAK_SHARED:(Hex 0x8ABC7006)Unable to start service.).

Desinstalé nuevamente el DSC y volvió a funcionar bien.

Cómo saber dónde está el problema?

Yes, I did read the post, and I did uninstalled everything and installed again, but didn't work.  I have another computer with windows XP and there is working fine.  Do you think it could be an issue with Windows 7?

I see the services (runing the  services.msc command in the prompt) and I can see the National Instruments Shared Variable Engine service starts when I run the vi, but it inmediately stops.

I see also that when installing the DSC module, there is a message of the installer about the SQL may not work propperly.  Do you have a new installer for windows 7?  I saw some patches for labview but none for DSC.  PS. When installed labview only, the shared variable works just fine.
