6024E analog output initialization

HI,

I'm developing a linux device driver for NI 6024E PCI card. My problem is in the Analog output, sometimes there is a 0.1mV extra voltage added to  my required value. When I use NIDaq, this value disappears. As I feel, this is a problem in DAC initailization. I follow the programming instructions in E series Register Level Programming Manual & DAQ-STC  Manual, but it couldn't be sort out. Can you help me in this case?

Just noticed that nobody replied to this message...

Sounds like you haven't loaded the AO CalDACs properly.  The E Series RLP Manual describes the process for reading the EEPROM and writing to the CalDACs.  There is also some example code in another post that might help:
