Yes, it is possible. The Sound Pressure and Accelerometer measurement types allow you to enable IEPE through the DAQ Assistant. These measurement types are also AC coupled while the voltage measurement is DC coupled by default. I would recommend using the one which is related to the type of sensor that you are actually using since these measurement types also include scaling to engineering units.
