How are the math functions used for (HP3561A)??

Good Day,
I am measuring output of a phase noise interface(HP11848A) . This output signal has being conditioned and supplied to HP3561A(Dynamic signal analyzer) for analysis and finally compute the phase noise plot
I am not sure of what the math functions available on HP3561A are used for. I only have the service manuals for this instrument. The online driver does not have the math functions. Can anyone help me regarding this?

Hi Daniel:

Unfortunately I have no resources to check what these math functions are. From looking at the Agilent website, this instrument is obsolete and they no longer have a manual available.

Anyone else out there know about these math functions?
