Can we plot the data as "Octave Band Sound Levels" using DSA Soft front Panels?

Fractional octave spectra are not a feature of the executable DSA Soft Front Panels.

If you have licensed the Sound and Vibration Toolkit, you have the source for the DSA Soft Front Panel and the API VIs to measure the fractional octave spectra according to IEC 61260:2014. You could modify the source to compute 1/n octave and display.
