Pc-lpm-16 card and Ni-Daq Unidentified ?

How read my old Card PC-LPM-16 (EISA port in W98 Pc)

- with old Ni.daq(6.9.3) I can read it but
Labview err.palette ???? and
vi request (find serial port.vi ......)

- with this Ni my card Unidentified ? ) but labview is Ok.
