A.D.,
It's absolutely possible! You have a couple of options for software filtering in LabVIEW using the PCI-4551. First, keep in mind that you'll be able to analyze the frequency components of your signal up to about 102 kHz (The Nyquist Frequency since your device samples at 204.8 k.) The Full (and Professional) LabVIEW Development systems include a multitude of VIs for low, high, and band-pass filters. However, for even easier programming and more powerful filters that have already been developed for you, take a look at the Sound and Vibration Toolset. I've linked the product page below. From there you can access the manual for even more information about what features the toolset includes. I highly recommend the Sound and Vibration Toolset -- it was designed with your hardware in mind.
