Hi,
One of our robotics teachers installed the LabVIEW Speak add-on and now his laptop suffers from a BSOD.
Technical information is as follows:

If one of your Engineers could contact me vie e-mail with troublshooting guidelines, that would be appreciated.

Hello,
Did you install LabVIEW Speak on top of one of the FIRST software packages or did you just install it on a machine that had a regular version of LabVIEW?
Were there any other changes made before the Blue Screen issue occurred? Did it start happening right after the installation finished?
Once we know the software involved we can try to test it on our end. However, LabVIEW Speak is not officially supported on any of the FIRST software packages. If this issue occurred on a system with a regular version of LabVIEW then we can make sure to get in touch with the LabVIEW support team to address the issue.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to assist you.
Thanks!
