Deployment Plugin Not Installed

Under the Build Specification>FRC Basic Robot Deployment
and error is reported "The Plug-in for the selected item
is not installed"

I have installed the FRC Labview and Windriver CD and have
installed the update for Labview

Any thoughts on how to correct this?

The "Build plugin" requires that a particular labview component "activated".

You probably did this when you first installed, but I have found that often after doing an update,  this component is no longer activated.

The fix is simple.  Just redo the activation procedure.

Run  "All Programs/National Instruments/License Manager"

Expand the node for "Labview 8.5.1/Development System

If the node for "FIRST Robotics Competition" is white, then it's not fully activated.

Double click the text "FIRST Robotics Competition" and follow the activation instructions.

You "may" need your Serial Number from your original disks.....  probably not though.

The node should now be yellow.
