Using First Driver Station with LabView Program

Hey forum,
I'm a newbie when it comes to using LabView. I'm using the joystick example program provided with LabView but the only way I can get an input from the joystick is if I plug it directly into the computer. What I need to be able to do is plug it into the physical Drive Station provided by FIRST and my computer plugged into it through Ethernet. If there are any experienced users out there who could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Let's just be sure we are clear on how you are connecting

things.  You should be plugging the joystick into the classmate PC (it is the new driver station)directly or through the

4 port USB hub which would then be plugged into the classmate.  For more information on the new driver station you can go here:
