WPI library - 4 Robot seems to be missing 4th PWM ?

I just added the Version 3.1 FRC library update (and cRIO v27 firmware update) and found when using the 4 robot

function I was able to select  3 PWM functions but not a fourth.  Is there an error in the WPI library block?

WHo do I report the potential issue to (It may be user error -me, but I don't think so and it is easy to check).

My solution was to delete the function block and reload it from the WPI library palette. The 4th PMW "magically" showed up and I was able to verify it on the bench that all 4 pwms respond to joystick commands. Hooray!
